All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation notification once your order has been handed over to our shipping partners.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer a customer-friendly Shipping Policy that includes Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required. We aim for the following delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days.
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days.
  • Remote & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days.

Please note: The total estimated delivery time (including processing) typically ranges from 4–9 business days for most locations.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

To make shopping accessible for everyone, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders across India. Please note that COD availability depends on your specific pin code and order value. For COD orders, our team may reach out for a quick telephonic verification before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Transparency is a core part of our Shipping Policy. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time on our dedicated tracking page.

Shipping Delays & Address Accuracy

While we strive for speed, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, festive rushes, or courier logistical issues. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; SkultLife is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
